TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, Alpha Group International plc (Alpha) would like to notify the market that as at 31 October 2025, Alpha's issued share capital consists of 42,444,357 ordinary shares of £0.002 each, each carrying voting rights.
There remain 1,210,928 ordinary shares of £0.002 each in treasury, which do not carry any voting rights.
The above figure (42,444,357) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Alpha under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
