Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Alpha Group International (UK, constituent) by Corpay (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Alpha Group International (UK, BF1TM59) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

Ceres Power Holdings (UK, BG5KQW0) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from 30th October 2025.
