Notice of Full Year 2014 Results Announcement and Capital Markets Day
London (26 March 2015) - Allied Minds plc (LSE: ALM), an innovative U.S. science and technology development and commercialization company, today announces that it will announce its Full Year 2014 Results at 7.00am on 28 April 2015.
Allied Minds will also host a Capital Markets Day event on the same day, to be held at Etc. Venues St Paul's, 200 Aldersgate Street, EC1A 4HD.
The Capital Markets Day event will feature several of Allied Minds' subsidiary businesses, including: Spin Transfer Technologies, Federated Wireless, Allied-Bristol Life Sciences, SciFluor and Optio Labs.
The event will be hosted by Chris Silva (CEO) and Mark Pritchard (Executive Chairman), alongside the operating business management teams, and other members of Allied Minds' senior management team.
