("Alpha" or the "Company")
Expiration of Warrants
As announced by the Company on 11 February 2021, pursuant to a placing to raise £3.75 million, the Company granted 187,500,000 warrants ("Warrants") to the placees, exercisable at a price of 3 pence per share, for a period of 24 months following the date of grant, being 15 March 2021. As subsequently announced on 6 March 2023, the Directors resolved that, following statements made in announcements in relation to the same, the final exercise date for the Warrants relating to the 2021 placing, was extended to 21 December 2023.
The Company can report that no Warrants have been exercised and that these Warrants have now expired. The Company currently has no other warrants outstanding.
The total outstanding shares in the Company are 467,775,068 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Alpha Growth plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
