Pre-close trading update

Strong close to 2021

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry provides an update on trading in advance of announcing its 2021 full year results on Wednesday 9 March 2022.

Strong trading continues

Alfa has continued to perform strongly in the fourth quarter with good revenue generation across all business streams. Software revenue has been higher than expected with continued strong delivery of development days alongside additional licence income recognition from incremental licence sales.

Our strong delivery record has continued with three go-lives for new Alfa Systems v5 customers in the quarter, along with ten other go-lives, to total twenty-seven for the year as a whole.

Overall we expect our 2021 full year results to be towards the upper end of Company compiled current market expectations, which are revenue of £80m - £82m and operating profit of £19m - £22m.
