Directors Dealings

Albany (AIM: ALB), wishes to advise that Tim James, Non-Executive Director, informed the Company today that on 16 June 2009 he purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 19 pence per share. Following these dealings, Mr James has an interest in 3,104,249 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 9.8 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.

John McLean, Chairman, also informed the Company today that on 16 June 2009 he purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 19 pence per share. Following these dealings, Mr McLean has an interest in 612,500 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.9 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
