On 27 September it was notified that following a purchase of shares Tim James, adirector of the Company, held a total of 65,000,000 ordinary sharesrepresenting 8.23% of the issued share capital. It should have been stated thathis holding in the Company following that purchase was 77,293,674 ordinaryshares representing 9.79% of the issued share capital.
