Albert Technologies (AIM: ALB), a global software company and creator of Albert, the first-ever fully autonomous artificial intelligence marketing platform, was informed on 26 September 2018 that Mr. Simon Gordon, husband of Lisa Gordon (Chairman of Albert Technologies), purchased a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 24.6p per share.
Following the purchase, Lisa Gordon will be deemed to have a total interest in 208,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
