His totalshareholding in the Company following this purchase is 43,000,000, being 5.5% ofthe enlarged share capital. In addition warrants have been exercised over 10,000.000 new Ordinary Shares of1p each. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these sharesto be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 30 May2007.
