Nomination Committee changes

AJ Bell plc (AJ Bell), one of the UK's largest investment platforms, announces that Margaret Hassall and Eamonn Flanagan, both of whom are independent non-executive directors, have been appointed as members of the Nomination Committee with effect from 1 September 2022. Following these appointments, the Nomination Committee will be comprised of Baroness Helena Morrissey, as chair, Evelyn Bourke, the senior independent director, Margaret Hassall and Eamonn Flanagan.
