Notification and public disclosure of PDMR dealing and exercise of share options
The Company announces that on 21 December 2023 Charlie Musson, the Acting D2C Managing Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, acquired 8,107 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) after exercising nominal cost options under the Company's Executive Incentive Plan (EIP); and then sold 3,811 of those Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.213406 pence per Ordinary Share in order to pay associated income tax and national insurance contribution liabilities.
Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Charlie Musson has an interest is 337,806 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.082% of the issued share capital.
