Director/PDMR Transactions - Initial Notification
The Company announces that on 1 December 2022:
a) Michael Summersgill, the Chief Executive Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, sold 67,500 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.66194 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Dealing Account, and
b) Lucy Summersgill, who is a person closely associated (PCA) with Michael Summersgill, sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.66194 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell Dealing Account.
Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Michael Summersgill has an interest is 1,028,312 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.250% of the issued share capital.
This announcement, including the notifications below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
