Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities
Confirmation of Final Price on Compulsory Redemption of certain classes of Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities and Change of Name
Further to the announcements made by WisdomTree Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") (formerly known as ETFS Commodity Securities Limited) on 31 July 2019 and 13 September 2019 relating to the Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities, the Issuer announces the following:
Change of Name
The Issuer announces that, following the issue by the Jersey registrar of companies of a revised certificate of incorporation dated 26 September 2019, its change of name to WisdomTree Commodity Securities Limited has now become effective.
The Issuer announces that by publication of a Supplementary Prospectus dated 24 September 2019 it has changed the name of the Issuer and the Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities in the main body of the Prospectus dated 29 May 2019.
Compulsory Redemption of certain classes of Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities
The Issuer further announces that the Compulsory Redemption of the Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities of the types specified in the table below was effected on 26 September 2019 with the relevant final Price of the relevant class set out below.

Settlement of cash redemption proceeds due to Security Holders holding their Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities of the relevant types in uncertificated form is expected to be made via CREST on or about 2 October 2019.
In the case of Security Holders holding their Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities of the relevant types in certificated form, it is expected that payment will be made by way of US dollar cheque sent to them at their address on the register on or about 2 October 2019.

Changes of Name of the Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities
The Issuer also announces that the changes of name of the Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities and other changes made by the supplemental trust instrument dated 31 July 2019 have become effective. Accordingly the names of the Classic and Longer Dated Commodity Securities now in issue have been changed as follows:
