Action Hotels, a leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia, has been informed that Stefan Allesch-Taylor CBE, the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, bought 144,928 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 69 pence per share on 16 October 2014.
Following this share purchase Mr Allesch-Taylor is now beneficially interested in 144,928 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
