Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia announces that is has been notified that Non Executive Chairman Sheikh Mubarak A. M. Al-Sabah, purchased 66,700 Action Hotels ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 August 2017 at a price of 40.25p per Ordinary Share.Following this transaction, Sheikh Mubarak A. M. Al Sabah has an interest in 97,305,616 (1,719,968 directly and the balance held by Action Group Holding Company (K.S.C.C)) ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 65.91 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
