Amendment to Director's Dealing Announcement
Further to the announcement made on 14 March 2018 concerning the Director's dealing whereby Action Real Estate Co. K.S.C.C. ("AREC"), a subsidiary of Action Group Holding Company K.S.C.C ("ACGH") which the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, Sheikh Mubarak A. M. Al Sabah is Chairman and a major shareholder of, entered into an agreement with Blakeney LLP to purchase 9,715,463 Action Hotels ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "Agreement"), the Company confirms that the date agreed by which the shares would be purchased has been extended from 25 March 2018 to 3 April 2018.
