Publication, Despatch and Availability of 2014 Interim Report
Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code: AGP), the Hong Kong based China property development and investment company, announces that the Company's Interim Report for the six months ended 30 June 2014 has been published and uploaded on the Company's website at "www.asiangrowth.com".
Printed copies of the Interim Report have been despatched by post to shareholders and holders of depositary interests today. In addition, it can be obtained free of charge upon reasonable request at the Company's principal place of business at 25th Floor, Dah Sing Financial Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong during normal business hours on any day (except Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days on which black rainstorm warning is issued or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted) for one month after 18 September 2014.
