Resignation of an Executive Director
The board of directors (the "Board") of Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code: AGP), the Hong Kong based China property development and investment company, announces that:
(1) Mr. Chan Ka Wing (“Mr. Chan”) has tendered his resignation as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 26th June, 2008;
(2) the functions of the Company’s chief financial officer previously performed by Mr. Chan will be carried out by South-East Asia Investment and Agency Company, Limited (“SEAI”) which has been providing corporate and property management services to the Company and its subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of the management agreement dated 18th September, 2006 and entered into by the Company and SEAI; and
(3) SEAI is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of S E A Holdings Limited which is an intermediate holding company of the Company.
The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr. Chan for his contribution to the Company during his term of service.
