Argentex Group plc (AIM: AGFX) announces that Lena Wilson CBE, board member and senior independent director at the company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Picton Property Income Limited, effective from 1 January 2021 and as Chair Designate. Lena will take over as Chair of Picton Property Income Limited effective 1 February 2021.
