Aga Foodservice Group plc Voting Rights and Capital 3rd September 2007

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Aga Foodservice Group plc ("Aga") notifies the market of the following:

Aga's capital consists of 115,183,149, ordinary shares of 28 1/8 pence with voting rights. Aga does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Aga is 115,183,149.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Aga under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
