AGA FOODSERVICE GROUP PLC NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBIITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

On 1st June 2007, Ordinary shares of 28 1/8 pence each were purchased under the Aga Foodservice Group plc Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("the Plan"). Dividends reinvested on 1st June 2007 were the final dividend of 7.0 pence per share and the special dividend of 43.0 pence per share.
