Aga Rangemaster Group plc (the Company) announces that on 26 September 2008 the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) of the Company were granted options to buy ordinary shares of 46 7/8 pence each in the Company. The options were granted at an option price of 209 pence per ordinary share under the terms of the Aga Rangemaster Group plc Sharesave Plan.
