1st July 2014 AGA RANGEMASTER GROUP PLC APPOINTS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AGA Rangemaster Group plc ("AGA Rangemaster") is pleased to announce theappointment of Bob Ivell as an independent non-executive director with effectfrom 1st July 2014. Bob will be a member of the Audit and Risk, Remunerationand Nomination Committees and will assume the role of senior independentdirector with immediate effect. Bob is currently non-executive chairman of Mitchells & Butlers plc and seniorindependent director of Britvic plc. He was previously chairman of David LloydLeisure Limited, Park Resorts Group Limited, Next Generation Clubs Pacific anda non-executive director of The Restaurant Group Plc. He has over 30 yearsexperience in the food and beverage industry with a particular focus onfood-led managed restaurants and pubs. He previously held executive roles withRegent Inns Plc, Scottish & Newcastle Plc and Whitbread Plc. No further details remain to be disclosed for the above appointment as requiredunder rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
