AGA FOODSERVICE GROUP PLC

Aga Foodservice Group plc announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of a block listing of 1,690,432 New Ordinary Shares of 28¢â€¦â€º pence each. Subject to the Share Consolidation becoming effective, it is expected that these shares will be admitted to the Official List on 14th May 2007.

These shares, which rank pari passu with the New Ordinary Shares, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the following share option schemes:

1994 Senior Executive Share Option Scheme 938,242 1999 Long-Term Incentive Plan

All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as in the circular to Shareholders dated 30th March 2007.
