Option Exercise and Total Voting Rights
Alpha FX Group plc (AIM:AFX), a UK-based foreign exchange service provider working for corporates and institutions, notes that as referenced in the secondary placing announcement of yesterday, Lisa Gordon exercised options in respect of 57,397 ordinary shares.
Application has been made for the 57,397 new ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company and will be admitted to trading on 17 September 2020.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 40,123,568 ordinary shares of £0.002 each. The total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights in Alpha is therefore 40,123,568. This figure will represent the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
