Alpha FX Group plc, an FX risk management and payments specialist servicing corporates and institutions internationally, announces that it has been notified today that Morgan Tillbrook, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, transferred 225,000 ordinary shares to members of his family. Following the transfer, Morgan Tillbrook holds 9,537,925 ordinary shares, representing 23.8% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
