PDMR Shareholding, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has allotted 16,463 ordinary shares of NIS 0.5 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by Noam Shlasky, Chief Operating Officer, VP Operations, and a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company.
Following the options exercise, Mr. Shlasky has an interest in 16,463 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 16,463 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00am BST on 12 April 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 30,414,820 each with one vote. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. There are no shares held in treasury.
