("Amiad" or "the Company") Notice of EGM Further to the announcement of the Company made on 30 July 2007, the Companyannounces that an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of the Company is tobe held at 11.00am on Wednesday, 5 September 2007 at Adelaide House, LondonBridge, London EC4R 9HA.
