Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd12 April 2006 Amiad Filtration Systems Ltd (Amiad or "the Company") Financial Reporting 12 April 2006: In the Company's admission document, dated 29 November 2005,issued in connection with the admission of the entire issued share capital ofthe Company to trading on AIM, the Company stated that "for so long as Gaon Agroremains a substantial shareholder in Amiad and, under applicable Israelisecurities rules, for so long as Gaon Agro is required to annex the Company'sfinancial statements to its financial statements, it is envisaged that theCompany will also issue quarterly results. As and when Gaon Agro ceases to be asubstantial shareholder in Amiad or is otherwise no longer required to includefinancial information on Amiad in its financial statements, the Directors willreconsider the need for ongoing quarterly reporting". On 31 March 2006, the Company was notified that Gaon Agro had sold its entire shareholding in Amiad. Following this disposal, the directors of Amiad have resolved that the Company will not continue to prepare quarterly financial information. Accordingly, as of 2006 the Company will not prepare quarterly reports, but will continue to prepare annual accounts and half-yearly reports in accordance with the AIM Rules.
