Aferian plc (LSE:AFRN, "Company" or "AFRN") received notification on the 6 November 2024 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on the 5 November 2024 it sold, at the request of and on behalf of two discretionary client accounts, an aggregate of 53,214 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of £0.0525 per share.
Sebastian White, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel.
Following this transaction, on a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 28,798,522 Shares in the Company in which Mr. White has no beneficial interest. This represents 25.90 per cent of the total voting rights in the Company.
