Listing Rules Disclosure
Pursuant to the announcement made on 24 March 2010, relating to the appointment of Mr. Darra Comyn to the Board of the Company, the Company confirms that there are no disclosures required under paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority other than the following;
Mr Comyn was a director of Expomedia Group plc between 15 December 2001 and 3 July 2009 and also its wholly owned subsidiaries Expomedia Events Ltd (9 May 2003 - 3 July 2009), HB 2009 Limited (24 May 2007 - 3 July 2009), ATS Events Limited (4 July 2006 - 3 July 2009) and Informedia Group Limited (19 October 2004 - 3 July 2009). Expomedia Group plc and Informedia Group Limited went into administration on 19 January 2009 and HB 2009 Limited, ATS Events Limited and Expomedia Events Ltd went into administration on 22 January 2009. The statements of affairs of Expomedia Group plc, ATS Events Limited, Expomedia Events Ltd, Informedia Group Limited and HB 2009 Limited at the time of administration identified a shortfall of up to a total of £13.9 million. Informedia Group Limited was dissolved on 15 March 2010.
