Directors' Holdings

The Company was notified on 24 July 2008 that on 21 July 2008 Dr Rilwanu Lukman purchased 277,222 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 115 pence per Ordinary Share, on 22 July 2008 he purchased 13,066 Ordinary Shares at 115 pence per Ordinary Share and on 23 July 2008 he purchased 153,555 Ordinary Shares at 118 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction Dr Lukman's holding is 6,443,843 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.
