Director / PDMR Shareholding
ADVFN announces that Mr Clem Chambers, CEO, on 29 April 2021 exercised existing options over a total of 411,473 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £0.14 per Ordinary Share.
Accordingly, an application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and it is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence on or around 7 May 2021.
Following Admission, the Company will have 26,115,319 Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM and Mr Chambers will be interested in 1,014,671 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.88% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
