Corporate update
The Board of ADVFN announces that Clem Chambers has agreed at the request of the Board to vary his compensation due in respect of his contractual entitlement on loss of office as announced on 24 February 2022, such that it has now been settled wholly in cash (the total amount remains unchanged) and the Settlement Shares will therefore no longer be issued.
In the meantime, the Board has now received the initial information requested for AIM-compliance purposes from the directors proposed by Mr Yair Tauman to be put up for election and a further announcement will be made in due course.
