The Board of ADVFN is pleased to announce that following the success of the MJAC2017 exhibition organised by the Company's US platform, InvestorsHub.com, and launched in Los Angeles during September of this year, ADVFN has formed a new venture: MJAC InvestorsHub International Conferences Limited ("MJAC InvestorsHub"). MJAC InvestorsHub is based in Las Vegas and will develop the MJAC conference and new exhibition opportunities starting with MJAC2018, which will be held in the autumn of 2018 in Las Vegas. USA-based THC Therapeutics, Inc (OTC:THCT) has agreed to take a 50% interest in MJAC InvestorsHub for a cash payment of US$500,000. THC is publicly listed on the US Over-the-Counter market.
