Appointment of Non-Executive Director
AFH (AIM: AFHP), a leading financial planning led wealth management firm, is pleased to announce that Mark Chambers has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mark has over 30 years of financial and business experience having spent 19 years at Man Group Plc between 1994 and 2013 in a range of senior roles including Head of Institutional Sales and Head of Global Banking Sales. Mark has also previously held senior positions at Daiwa Europe Ltd and County NatWest Securities Ltd.
Alan Hudson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said: "We are delighted to welcome such an experienced individual to the Board and we believe Mark will make a positive contribution to AFH moving forward."
