Mr. Roman Abramovich, through Norma Investments Limited, has an indirect economic interest in 24,618,497 ordinary shares of AFC Energy plc ("Ordinary Shares") held by Ervington Investments Limited. This is the same number of Ordinary Shares held by Ervington Investments Limited as were held at the date of the previous notification (8 June 2020).
Ervington Investments Limited has not sold any Ordinary Shares since the date of the previous notification.
Total voting rights held by Ervington Investments Limited, directly, and Norma Investments Limited, indi-rectly, has fallen below 5% threshold, as a result of an increase in the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights outstanding, due to the issuance and admission of new Ordinary Shares announced by AFC Energy plc on 1 July 2020. | ||||
