Oystertec PLC30 March 2005 Oystertec PLC 30 March 2005 DIRECTORS' DEALING Oystertec plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification thatMr Adrian Binney, a Director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares inOystertec plc on 29 March 2005 at an average price of 23.2p per ordinary share.These shares are held in the name of Mr Binney's wife, Mrs Susan Binney whoseholding following this transaction is 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p eachrepresenting 0.16% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital. In addition the Company also announces that it has received notification that MrAngus Monro, a Director of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares inOystertec plc on 29 March 2005 at an average price of 23.25p per ordinary share.Mr Monro's holding following this transaction is 4,007,017 ordinary shares of0.05p each representing 1.57% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
