AFC Energy (AIM:AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, has received notice that Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") today at a price of 58.38 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr. Bullard has interests in 160,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.022% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company has 734,484,668 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
