AFC Energy PLC ("the Company") announces that on 26th October 2010, Mitchell Field, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 339,909 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 73.91p per Ordinary Share, in aggregate £251,243.
Following this sale, Mitchell Field is interested in 2,117,027 Ordinary Shares representing 1.21% of the Company's total voting rights.
