Director Appointment
AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Graeme Lewis as Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Lewis will retain his role as Company Secretary.
Graeme is an experienced chartered accountant and CFO who has held senior positions across multiple jurisdictions in listed and PE backed companies, including some of the world's largest distributors of temporary and off-grid power systems. Graeme holds a degree in mathematics from Cambridge University.
The following details in relation to the appointment of Graeme Robert Lewis, aged 59, are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:
