Please note that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was convened on April14th 2007 has taken the following resolutions: 1- Approving the Board of Directors Report on the Company's activities during2006. 2- Approving the Auditor's Report and the Financial Statements for the fiscalyear ending on 31/12/2006. 3- Approving the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending on 31/12/2006. 4- Releasing the Chairman and the members of the Board from their liabilitiesfor the fiscal year ending 31/12/2006. 5- Determining the Chairman's and the members of the Board attendance allowancefor the next fiscal year. 6- Renewal of the appointment of the Auditors and determining their fees for thenext fiscal year ending on 31/12/2007. 7- Approving the related party transactions entered by the Company during 2006,and authorizing the Board of Directors to enter into related party transactionsduring 2007, also delegating the Board of Directors to issue guarantees fromthird parties on behalf of affiliates and subsidiary companies. 8- Approving the donations approved by the Board of Directors during 2006 andallowing the Board of Directors to make donations during the next fiscal yearand setting its amount. 9- Approving the distribution of dividends equal to one pound for every share.
