Ruvuma Farm-Out Update

Aminex announces that the parties to the Ruvuma Farm-Out Agreement have agreed to extend the long stop date for satisfaction of the conditions to the Farm-Out from 31 August 2020 to 30 September 2020. Aminex and ARA Petroleum Tanzania Limited ("APT") continue to work closely with the Tanzanian Government to obtain approval for the Farm-Out.

Robert Ambrose, Chief Executive of Aminex commented:

"It has taken longer than anticipated to obtain the final approval to the Farm-Out from the Government. The Company is doing everything it can to obtain final Government approval of the Farm-Out. In the meantime, we are grateful for ARA's continued support to the Company."
