The Company was today informed that Mark Burton, a non-executive Director of the Company, had on 12 May 2015 acquired an interest in 75,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each of the Company at a price of 100 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Burton now has a beneficial interest in 75,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each (representing 0.074% of the total voting rights.)
