Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company'), the upstream oil and gas Company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that it was notified on 4 June 2021 that Ian Cloke purchased 187,555 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company at an average of 15.87 pence per share.
As a result of this trade, Ian's total shareholding in the Company comprises 1,920,555 shares, representing approximately 0.87% of the Company's issued share capital.
