Afentra plc ('Afentra' or the 'Company'), the upstream oil and gas Company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that it was notified on 7 October 2022 that Anastasia Deulina has purchased a total of 93,931 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), comprising 72,016 Ordinary Shares at a price of 27.77 pence per share and 21,915 Ordinary Shares at a price of 27.3775 pence per share.
As a result the total shareholding in the Company of Anastasia Deulina comprises 1,048,072 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
