Result of the Annual General Meeting
The Board is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions that were put to the Annual General Meeting held on 24 May 2010 were duly passed by the shareholders.
Copies of the approved resolutions concerning special business have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
