Aeorema Communications plc ("Aeorema" or "the Company")

£2 million contract signed

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events and communications agency, has won a three year contract worth over £2 million with a technology client, following a competitive pitch. Under the terms of the agreement, which has been awarded to Aeorema Ltd, the Company will run a live event at the annual advertising festival. Revenues generated from creative and event services are expected to commence in 2014 and the contract period is three years.

Mike Hale, Chairman of Aeorema, said, "This agreement gives more stability to our relationship with the client and also demonstrates the quality of our work and our increasing reputation as providers of innovative live events and solutions to clients worldwide. Our agency is progressing well as we strengthen our foothold in this space and we are confident of reporting profits of c. £500,000 for the year ended 30 June 2014."
