Cinpart PLC25 October 2007 Embargo for 7.00am on 25 October 2007 Cinpart Plc ("Cinpart" or the "Company") Correction to the Interim Accounts The directors of Cinpart would like to note a correction to the announcementmade on 27 September 2007 in relation to the unaudited interim report ("Interims") for the six months ended 30 June 2007 (RNS Number:6402E). In the Interims, Note 4 relating to the Acquisition of subsidiary contained thefollowing statement: "Since the acquisition date, Gas Ignition Limited has contributed £0 to groupprofit. If the acquisition had occurred on 1 January 2007, group turnover forthe period would have been £1,698,891 and group loss for the period would havebeen £13,257." However, the directors of Cinpart would like to clarify that the statementshould have stated "If the acquisition had occurred on I January 2007, groupturnover for the period would have been £1,563,196 and group loss for the periodwould have been £13,257". The difference of £135,695 occurred due to intra company sales. However, thisdoes not affect the sales reported in the Income Statement of the Interims whichare correctly stated as £ 1,492,836 for the six months ended 30 June 2007.
