Active Energy Group Plc (AIM: AEG.L), the London Stock Exchange AIM-quoted international supplier of industrial wood chip for MDF manufacturing and Biomass for Energy (BFE) power generation, global forestry and natural resources development services, and Biomass for Energy (BFE) fuel solutions and systems, announces that Giuseppe (Joseph) Valoroso has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Board with effect from 22 June 2015.

The process of recruiting a new Non-Executive Director has already begun, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
